| Minimum Order: |
The minimum order for Jam Pan™ is one box of 36 items (12 of each color combination). Orders that include Name Drop Labeling require a minimum of two boxes (72 items, 24 of each color combination). For pricing and information on large orders, please contact one of our sales representatives. |
| Terms: |
All account terms are C.O.D. (Certified check, money orders, prepaid, or credit card). For your convenience, we will accept Visa or MasterCard. For checks returned for any reason, all accounts will be charged $20.00. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. |
| Shipping: |
Shipping is FOB Maryland. We ship by the most economical service available, unless requested otherwise. Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. |
| Delivery: |
You may expect your delivery in approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Please note that orders with Name Drop Labels may take longer. |
| Freight Allowance: |
There is no freight allowance on standard orders. |
| Return Policy: |
Due to the competitive price and uniqueness of our products, we do not accept returns. |
| Name Drop Labeling: |
Coastal Rhythms, Inc. will personalize each drum with a transparent Name Drop Label. Names are printed in a standard font and color (determined by Coastal Rhythms, Inc.) on transparent labels. Name Drop Label orders require a minimum of two boxes (72 items, 24 of each color combination). There is an up-charge for Name Drop Labels (see price list). Please note that Name Drop Label orders may take longer. |
